Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
All canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the original payment method.

Preorder Cancellations
Preorder items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to the 3% cancellation fee. After 24 hours, preorder items cannot be canceled, as orders have been submitted to our vendors and are already in the ordering or production process.

Orders Containing Preorder Items
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the preorder portion of the order is subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your item arrives. Refunds to store credit only typically take 5 days to process.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping is free. All returns can be submitted through our return portal here: https://piratesandpearlsboutique.com/apps/redo/account

Product Condition
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition. Sale items are not eligible for return. 

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund to your original payment method or we can ship a replacement to you when available.
