Shipping policy

We strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping services. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 and flat rate shipping for $8 on orders under $50. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies:

• We process all orders within 3-4 business days after they are placed unless they are specifically marked as a pre-order item. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
• Please note that orders may be delayed during peak holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping destination. Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking:

       •   Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this tracking number.

Shipping Errors or Damages:

• If you receive a damaged package or missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct items immediately.
