Be nice to send back something knowing I could get credit or exchange it for free. Hard to tell if something will feel, look on you, colors are what you see in person. I’ve paid good money for clothes that once I recieved them they just didn’t fit right, the color wasn’t what I thought and it was too much of a hassle to send back so I didn’t. But I also didn’t order anything else either from the site because of that. Free returns is good!!
Absolutely LOVE these pants I would say they run a little bit big around the waist perfect length and width soooo comfy I’m planning to order more of these because I know I will wear all the time. LOVE this boutique awesome customer service !!!!

I received my earrings promptly but when looking at them one was missing the entire back ear attachment and the other earring attachment was bent over. I had to go purchase attachments at Hobby Lobby hence the low rating.
